To manage a tax programme for an electrical goods company whose European operations were based in the Netherlands. An area of focus was the relocation of various corporate functions.

This involved a complex co-ordination exercise bringing together the input of tax, legal and accounting specialists from 13 countries, as well as liaising closely with client personnel for various corporate functions across two locations.


We successfully integrated business process enhancements, establishing a fiscally efficient commissionaire structure. This was against the background of an ERP implementation across multiple business units.
