Assignment

This programme comprised a major strategic development by the client. TPM’s engagement involved providing support to the proposal for, and subsequent implementation of a major new programme for a leading UK welfare to work provider. The client’s contract comprised UK-wide service provision for DWP equating to several hundred million pounds of income over its 5 year life. TPM was appointed programme management provider, which involved leading a large and multi-stranded team of client and third party professional resources through a fast track, 2-phase implementation.

Outcome

Programme outcomes included the establishment of a new operating model, the enterprise-wide roll-out of a new case management system, the establishment of approxiately 60 new facilities, the recruitment (and TUPE) of several hundred staff and the establishment of a supply chain of approximately 120 specialist suppliers.
